Apart from strong content, the audience also loved the camaraderie between Rishi and Amitabh in the film. In a recent interview, when asked to Amitabh about his experience after sharing screen space with Rishi after so many years, he said, Working together after so many years was a delight and no different from the times gone by.
The modes of work have changed, technology has changed and we have to learn to adapt to those changes. There is no film now, its all digital, that is a major change. But the system is the same. You have to perform in front of a camera. Though now technology is moving towards a system when even that could be replaceable.
102 Not Out portrays the relationship between a 102-year-old father, essayed by Big B, and his 75-year-old son, played by Rishi, on the silver screen. Produced by Sony Pictures Entertainment Films India, Treetop Entertainment and Shukla’s Benchmark Pictures, it is directed by Umesh Shukla, who previously helmed OMG! Oh My God.
The film is about a centenarian who wants to break the world record of being the oldest man alive, which is held by a 118-year-old Chinese man.
Whenever you see a movie, if you like it or don’t like it, it depends on their performance too.
