Teefa in Trouble continues to breaks box-office records in Pakistan. Pakistani actor-singer Ali Zafar and Maya Ali starrer Teefa Trouble has broken all non-occasion records. Prior to the movie even hit the theaters, it had overwhelmed the Pakistani film industry with its infectious singles and a stellar cast.

Following its release on July 20 2018, the directorial introduction of Ahasn Rahim has figured out how to break a few records at the Pakistani film box office.

The movie managed to have the biggest opening day despite not opening on Eid ul adha 2018. The film raked in Rs23.1 croe breaking the record previously held by Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.

On the 2nd day of its release, Teefa in Trouble become the 1st Pakistani movie to reach Rs50 crore at the box office.

Further, on the 3rd day of opening across cinemas in Pakistan, it continued with its streak of the biggest non-holiday opening and brought in a business of more than Rs72 crore.

Not only did Teefa manage to become a household name in Pakistan but internationally the film managed to do well as well.

The movie is the 1st Pakistani film to rake in a business of Rs10 crore internationally in the 1st 3 days on a non-holiday.

Despite polls in the country in the 2nd week of the film’s release, the Films production still brought in a business of Rs110 crore.

Collectively the movie brought in a business of more than Rs150 crore not only in Pakistan but internationally as well, which is a record in itself for a non-holiday film.
